The price of the fatcow is great, it’s not the cheapest web hosting but it’s reasonable for it’s service and reliaility and uptime. For the price i will give it four star.
# Customer support
i don’t run much trouble with Fatcow’s hosting therefor i don’t contact their support much. But when i need, they are there too, solving your problem as soon as possible.
# Traffic
Bandwidth is Unlimited, Therefor no need to worry about the traffic. However if you have a really indeed large traffic to your site, then i will suggest find a vps or a dedicated server.
# Reliability & Uptime
Fatcow hosting is great for it reliablility and uptime. Uptime is one the most improtant factor to tell a hosting good or not.
# User-friendliness
Welcome, most part of it is fine. but i don’t like it website control panel, it’s not the cpanel that you will find it’s difficuld to handle it. Take the uncompress for example, which they call archive gateway, hard to control and don’t know where the files will go when unarchive.
PS: Copy files to files is very very slow.
