I bought the $64.95 monthly and pay yearly. There’s no any promotion discount coupon from panamaserver.com, but you can contact their sale to get 10% discount off maybe. That’s what i did.
Be aware that the cheapest Offshore Dedicated Servers only have 1GB RAM and 1 IP. You have to pay more to get them.
About the quality of their server, i think you can depend on them. The uptime will be around 90%, that mean you will run across shut down for 3-4 hours/ month.
Service from panamaserver is not so good. It seem they don’t provide 24 hours service. And somtimes when site down, you will find no one to help.
